Job Description
We are seeking a full-time EIT to join our Civil Engineering team in the development of engineered drawings, calculations, reports, and specifications, and to provide construction administration support. This position will provide an opportunity to work on a variety of project types. As an EIT, you will receive one-on-one support and mentoring from a licensed PE to foster your engineering development and help achieve personal and professional goals.
Development Opportunities

Direct mentorship under a licensed Professional Engineer (PE)

Design of projects in multiple sectors, including education, medical, industrial, commercial, and municipal

Regular dedication to professional development to stay up to date with current design practices and latest technology

Exposure to various project design elements, including stormwater, grading and drainage, road design, and permitting processes

Utilization of design software and analytical modeling using Civil 3D

Estimated Pay Range

$30 – 45 per hour
Education and Experience

Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering

(optional) Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering

0 to 5 years of civil engineering experience

Engineer in Training Certification

License Requirements
A valid driver's license is required for this position (verified upon hire). A valid Washington State driver's license is required within 30 days of employment.
