Photos to take prior to foundation inspection:

Manufactured Home Corners

Take a photo of each corner of the home where it meets the ground.  

     

    

Tie-Downs

Take a photo of a tie-down making sure to show both the connection to the beam and anchorage to the ground. 

Crawlspace Entryway

Take a photo showing the crawlspace entryway.  This will show relative ground differnce inside and outside the foundation. 

Here, the ground level is lower in the crawlspace than it is outside.

Here, the ground level is the same inside the crawlspace as outside.
