FHA Foundation Certification:

Pacific Engineering has conducted numerous FHA and VA foundation certification inspections and reports.  Our qualified inspectors include licensed engineers and certified manufactured home installers.  In addition to foundation inspection services, our firm is qualified to assist you in all aspects of structural and civil engineering.

Please feel free to contact our FHA foundation certification department manager to discuss your foundation.  We can help you understand any potential non-conformance issues you might have.  If you suspect that your foundation might not comply with the HUD document, we recommend that you take the photos indicated in the "PHOTO INSTRUCTIONS" link on the right and email those photos to mike_at_pacificengineering.net.
